BIBOAQUA is a company whose main goal is to give solutions to all needs that come up in any of the processes that compose the Integral Cycle of Water.

The company is mainly focused on:

• Engineering studies and projects: BIBOAQUA’s technical office gathers engineers with in depth experience in engineering and project management (management, reports, legal and administration procedures)
• Construction and execution of installations/plants: the company is capable to carry out all the works to make installations working, most of them being turn-key projects
• Exploitation and maintenance: BIBOAQUA offers contract to run and maintain the installations in the wastewater treatment plants

Role in project

The technical department of BIBOAQUA has been working in wastewater treatment installations for 15 years. They are currently working with several small WWTPs in different parts of Spain (Toledo, Albacete, Malaga, etc.). BIBOAQUA will provide the Consortium with its industrial expertise in WWTPs, along with a direct access to local WWTPs and their municipal sewage sludge for the PYROCHAR research activities. In addition, as part of the SME consortium, they will provide a direct route to commercialization in Spain, to sell the PYROCHAR solution, exploit and maintain it.
