ETIA is a French engineering company specialized in equipment and processes for continuous thermal treatment for bulk products such as cuts, herbs, chips, powders…for food, environmental or other industries.

ETIA has a recognized expertise in process engineering. Export represents more than 50% of ETIA’s turnover: its products are sold worldwide (Europe, North America, Asia…). Philippe Sajet and Oliver Lepez, the founders of the company, have more than 15 years of experience in innovation, product development and project management, being the owner of several patents in the thermal treatment field and successful product such as Spirajoule® or Safesteril® that are used all over the world.

Role in project

ETIA will be responsible for:

• Coordinating the project
• Management of the financial, contractual and administrative aspects
• Supervision of the whole project
• Communication of the consortium and the REA
• Giving support to RTDs in all research work concerning the pyrolysis process/equipment
• Assembly and validation of the final system (lab-prototype) in its facilities
• Participation in the exploitation and dissemination strategy
